About me

I grew up in a family of artists, performers, musicians and music-lovers in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, developing an enduring passion for the fine arts. Homeschooling and family love and support gifted me both time and opportunity to extensively study classical violin and all genres of dance throughout childhood and high school. Upon completing high school I was graciously offered a very generous scholarship to study Violin Performance (while minoring in Dance) in Sharan Leventhal’s studio at the Boston Conservatory of Music at Berklee and I moved to Boston.

After a few years I stepped away from the Conservatory’s music program to devote considerably more energy to dance and have since become an enthusiastic member of Boston’s dance community; performing as a member of MLZMovement, guest performing with Haus Of Snap, choreographing and performing with DanceWorks Boston, periodically teaching Commercial Heels classes, and collaborating on dance, modeling, and visual projects with fellow area artists. Currently I am looking forward to another season choreographing for DanceWorks Boston while keeping up with my professional dance training through the Independent Artist Program at Steps on Broadway in New York.
